Where will UNO Studio Cardiff be located? +
We're opening in a suburban Cardiff location in early 2027, run by a Cardiff founder. Final location confirmed to waitlist subscribers first. Likely areas: Canton, Roath, Pontcanna, or Whitchurch — your input on the location matters and waitlist members vote first.
How much will sessions cost? +
Standard rate: £25 per peak hour, £15 per off-peak hour. 10-pack at £140 (no expiry). Monthly bundles available: £119 for 8 sessions or £199 for unlimited. PT Partner Rate of £12 per hour for trainers booking 10+ hours per month. Founding members lock in £15 per session for life.
What equipment will be available? +
Power rack, Olympic barbell and plates, full dumbbell set (2–30kg), kettlebells, adjustable bench. Plus an open studio area with mirrors and mats for yoga, stretching, bodyweight, and HIIT. Suitable for almost any training style.
Can I train with a friend or PT? +
Yes. The space accommodates up to 4 people comfortably for partner or small-group training. PTs can book recurring slots at a discounted Partner Rate. Group bookings have a small surcharge for additional space wear.
Is there CCTV? Is the space monitored? +
Yes — CCTV covers the training floor and entry for safety and security. No cameras in any changing area (customers arrive change-ready). All footage is ICO-compliant, retained 30 days, and deleted thereafter. Full privacy policy will be published.
Can I get a refund if the studio doesn't open? +
Absolutely. Founding member payments are fully refundable up to 7 days before opening. If we don't open, every founding member gets a full refund automatically — no questions, no delay.
When does UNO Studio open? +
We're targeting opening in early 2027. Waitlist subscribers will be the first to know the exact date — typically 4 weeks before opening, with founding members getting first booking access.
